What should I feed my Dendrobium Nobile and Dendrobium Bigibbum?

I am confused.

I have two orchids: Dendrobium Orchid Nobile and Dendrobium Orchid Bigibbum. Both of them are growing baby plants right now (keikis). What type of fertilizer should I be feeding them?

I am confused because apparently there are two types of fertilizer: High nitrogen, which you feed them during the spring and summer, high potassium which you feed them during the fall and then you dont fertilize during winter when growth stops. But mine are still growing!!!! AAAAA
